Next 20W 60 is a highly viscous multi-grade engine oil meant for high-performance diesel engines with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). 

As per API ratings, 20W-60 CF-4/SJ is also a gasoline engine oil particularly suitable for older gasoline engines.

Next 20W-60 CF-4/SJ engine oil is suitable for vehicles running on older gasoline engines, as well as, diesel engines (supercharged or naturally aspirated).

Thicker oils like the Next 20W-60 CF-4/SJ typically require more frequent changes than engine oils with lower viscosity grades. However, the exact oil change interval is highly specific to your particular vehicle, operating conditions and usage.
