The UAE has announced the new petrol and diesel prices for January 2026, effective from January 1. After a rise in December, the new rates bring slight adjustments for different fuel types.
- Super 98 Petrol: Dh2.53 per litre (down from Dh2.70)
- Special 95 Petrol: Dh2.42 per litre (down from Dh2.58)
- E-Plus 91 Petrol: Dh2.34 per litre (down from Dh2.51)
- Diesel: Dh2.55 per litre (down from Dh2.85)
Since 2015, the UAE has deregulated fuel prices to keep them in line with global market rates, ensuring transparency and fair pricing for drivers and businesses.
