The UAE has released the official fuel prices for October, which will take effect from October 1.
In September, fuel prices saw a small increase after a slight drop in August. The new rates are as follows:
- Super 98 Petrol: Dh2.77 per litre (up from Dh2.70 in September)
- Special 95 Petrol: Dh2.66 per litre (up from Dh2.58)
- E-Plus 91 Petrol: Dh2.58 per litre (up from Dh2.51)
- Diesel: Dh2.71 per litre (up from Dh2.66)
Fuel prices have a direct impact on transport and logistics, which in turn influence the overall cost of goods. Stable pricing helps control inflation and keeps daily expenses balanced.
The UAE still ranks among the top 25 countries worldwide with the lowest fuel prices, averaging Dh2.58 per litre. Since 2015, the country has deregulated fuel prices to match global market trends.
