ENPO GO 68

The ENPO Gear Oil SAE 68, as its name suggests is an industrial gear oil meant for lubrication of industrial gearboxes especially under extreme pressures. This gear oil consists of a mineral base oil with a paraffinic character.  The base oil is doubled down with sulfur and phosphorus compound based high pressure  additives in addition to  anti corrosion and anti foam additives

The ENPO GO 68 Machine gear oil is formulated specially for high temperature and pressure applications on industrial gear boxes. The gear oil caters for heavy loads very well and is applied by either oil bath, oil mist or oil circulation methods.

The GO in GO 68 stands for Gear Oil. As the name suggests, the GO 68 is an industrial lubricant oil specially formulated for the lubrication and protection of industrial gear boxes at heavy loads and high temperatures.

It is not necessary that the ENPO GO SAE 68 gear oil is suitable for all types of machinery. Make sure to consult your machinery’s user manual to see weather or not it is compatible with this oil.

The Key properties of ENPO GO 68 machine oil include advanced stability in high temperatures and pressures, and an excellent viscosity temperate curve. This industrial oil contains additives that form a film onto the gears protecting them from wear and reducing friction. 

Change intervals of industrial oils depend more on the machine and workload then on the oil itself, Make sure to consult your user manual to find out when to change your GO 68 oil.

It is not recommended to mix the GO 68 machine gear oil with other oils as it may make it incompatible with your machinery and may damage the equipment.

The GO 68 is a gear oil, not an industrial hydraulic oil. Hydraulic systems have specific requirements that a gear oil may not be able to cater for. While it may work, it is generally not recommended to use your GO 68 in hydraulic systems.
