Fubex Electrax Transformer Oil Special oil for insulating electrical equipment, controlling heat and preventing arcing. Formulated with high purity mineral oils and antioxidants that protect transformers from heat and oxidation as well as promote reliable performance.
Benefits
- Helps prevent electrical discharge and protects transformer insulation.
- It pulls heat away from the transformer components to help prevent overheating.
- Combats oil oxidation and sludge build-up for longer oil life.
- Helps keep moisture away from the electrical system and reduces damage.
- Works well with common transformer materials without causing corros
Applications
Fubex Electrax Transformer Oil is used for insulation and heat control in power transformers, switchgear and circuit breakers. It helps to prevent electrical arcing and overheating, so that consistent performance is guaranteed in high voltage equipment such as capacitors.
Before filling, switch off and properly ground the transformer, and make sure all tanks, hoses, and equipment are clean and completely dry. If possible, use vacuum filling to reduce air bubbles and moisture around the transformer windings.
The Fubex Electrax Transformer oil is used in transformers and other electrical equipment where good insulation and reliable heat control are necessary. For best results keep the oil clean and dry and follow the equipment manufacturer’s recommended filling and maintenance practices.
