The UAE Fuel Price Committee has announced new petrol and diesel prices for September 2026. The new rates took effect on September 1.
Here are the updated fuel prices:
- Super 98 Petrol: Dh3.80 per litre, up from Dh3.60 in August
- Special 95 Petrol: Dh3.69 per litre, up from Dh3.49
- E-Plus Petrol: Dh3.61 per litre, up from Dh3.41
- Diesel: Dh4.30 per litre, up from Dh3.80
Diesel prices were the biggest gainers, rising by Dh0.50 per liter. Higher fuel prices may also increase the operating costs of diesel-powered vehicles, machinery and industrial equipment.
The UAE Fuel Price Committee reviews fuel prices at the end of each month. These prices are adjusted in line with movements in world energy markets.
